Sticky Notes, One Notes, and Outlook Notes

Today, I discovered there is a Note in Outlook that is different from sticky notes and One Notes. Though, all three (3) types of notes are similar as to what they are used for.

So, my question is how do you find the Notes within Outlook?

To locate the Notes within Outlook, all you need to do is open the Outlook Classic Desktop Application > Navigate the left pane > Scroll down to the last option (More Apps) > Click on it > Select Folders

The Outlook Page layout changes, you have a full list of all the folders in Outlook. Scroll down to Notes the folder immediately after the Junk Folder, click on it and a list of notes shows up. You can change the notes layout by clicking on the change view option. You have Icon, Notes List, Last 7 days. Select Note List if you want your note to appear like below.

There are other actions you can perform on your Outlook notes, you can delete, create new notes, categorize, forward or move your notes.

This is my first blog post. I will be sharing more newly discovered features within the Microsoft 365 Apps and Services. Thanks for reading.
